Meet Katherine!
I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) who specializes in working with adolescents, college students, and young adults navigating body-image distress, grief and loss, trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, and more!
I believe deeply in the healing power of authentic connection, and I am dedicated to creating a therapeutic space that feels safe, non-judgmental, and inclusive — a place where you can show up exactly as you are.
My therapeutic approach is strengths-based, relational, and collaborative. In practice, this means you are the expert on your own life, and we’ll work together to honor your existing resilience while navigating your current challenges.
In each session, I meet you with compassion and curiosity as we shape our work around what feels truly supportive for you.
A bit more about me…
I received my Master’s in Social Work from Boston University.
I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker in New Hampshire (License #5731) and Massachusetts (LICSW143687). I am also a Registered Out-of-State Telehealth Provider in Florida (TPSW6405).
I have spent the last decade working with teens, young adults, and families in a variety of settings, including therapeutic and public schools, mental health day programs, higher education, homeless services, and outpatient therapy to support folks with finding new ways to approach their lives and the communities they are a part of.
I truly love being a Social Worker! It is an honor and privilege to be able to work alongside my clients and community.
