I offer both in-person and virtual therapy sessions. You decide what feels best!
For in-person sessions, we will meet at my office in Peterborough, NH. I will provide you with the specific address and parking info once we schedule our first session.
For those who choose to meet virtually, you must be a resident of New Hampshire, Massachusetts, or Florida.

Initial phone consults (15-20 minutes) are free.
50-minute individual session: $150
75-minute individual sessions can be scheduled at an additional rate.
A limited number of sliding scale slots are available. Please be mindful that if you request a sliding scale fee when you can truthfully afford my full fee, you are limiting access to those who truly need the gift of financial flexibility. Being honest with yourself and your financial situation when engaging with a sliding scale grows strong and sustainable communities. It also respects the work of practitioners like myself in the healing field who support themselves and loved ones and also have bills to pay. Additionally, when I am paid fairly, I can invest more time and resources in free and lower-cost offerings. (conceptualized by Alexis J. Cunningfolk of Worts & Cunning Apothecary)

At this time, I am not a participating provider on any insurance panels. I am considered an Out-of-Network (OON) provider, which means I am able to provide superbills for reimbursement if you have out-of-network benefits through your insurance provider.
-
You can call your insurance provider using the number on your insurance card. I encourage folks ask the following questions to determine whether or not they have out-of-network benefits:
1. Do you cover out-of-network benefits for psychotherapy? (If they ask for CPT code, it's 90837 for individual therapy) How many sessions per calendar year are covered? Are there any limits?
2. What is my deductible, co-pay, or co-insurance? When does my deductible reset? After I’ve met my deductible, what percentage or amount of my services will be reimbursed?
3. What is the usual timeframe to receive reimbursement?
4. How do I submit my superbill each month? Is there a window for timely filing?
-
All major credit cards are accepted. HSA/FSA cards are also accepted.

I typically meet with clients Monday through Thursday, between 8am-7pm. If you reach out outside of those hours, I will respond once I am back in the office.
My schedule fluctuates and is dependent on current openings at any given time. Please indicate your availability and preferred appointment times when you reach out.

This varies for everyone. Some people know right away from their consultation call, while others may need a few sessions to settle in and feel out if I am a good fit for them. You can ask me questions anytime! I always want my clients to feel affirmed, heard, and safe. Even if I am not the best fit for you, I will do my best to help connect you to another provider.
